The Rosebud team created the Eastside Alliance as a result of the pandemic. The lack of access to quality delivered food in areas impacted by food deserts is one cause for the increased health crisis affecting Hispanic families. Providing meal kits for East Austin families is the Eastside Alliance’s commitment to simplifying their access to nutritious meals and the opportunity of streamlining their busy lives.

East Austin families will complete the social justice ecosystem by providing feedback and receiving support from our chefs. These families will give local ranchers and farmers an outlet to connect with the community they serve, they will support restaurant workers affected by decreased patronage and will optimize Rosebud’s food conservation.
